Curtain Up at Scholars' Quarter

An open weekend at Scholars’ Quarter… and a West End prize

New apartments being built at Scholars’ Quarter on Rosasry $Road in Norwich, on the former home ground of Norwich City Football Club, are being shown off this weekend. And if you make a reservation on one of the properties over the weekend or up until the end of July, you will get the chance to win a special trip to London’s West End to see a show and because the development is close to the reailway station, travel to the capital and back by train.

The winner will receive theatre tickets up to the value of £50 per head for two people, plus return rail travel from Norwich. The open weekend at Scholars’ Quarter takes place on Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th July from 10am – 5pm.

The apartments have been designed with care and attention; set over four floors, with the added convenience of lifts to the upper floors. There are 20 apartments for sale priced between £112,995 and £165,000 in the final phase.

The development launched in October 2010 and in the first phase, out of 30 properties, 29 were sold off plan with one, one bedroom property with no parking, remaining priced at £114,995.

The properties are for sale through Bidwell’s New Homes, headed by Marc Langden. He said “This development has been hugely successful, they are in a lovely area of the city, close to the railway station meaning people can commute and you can walk into the City as well. They are ideal for those looking to downsize or as an investment for professionals. With Hopkins Homes, we find people stay with the brand, and after buying one property, buy another. And the proof of just how successful they are is the fact that nearly all the first phase was completely sold off plan.
