Hopkins Homes puts Fizz into the New Year!
Hopkins Homes are positively fizzing with goodwill as they welcome in the New Year. In marked contrast to many other developers they are opening all of their marketing suites and stunning show homes on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and again on the Sunday and, if the thought of a glass of fizz doesn’t whet the appetite, they are running a special incentive during this period of 5% Deposit Paid or Part Exchange on selected plots that are reserved over the weekend.
Hopkins Homes is the largest independent house builder in East Anglia and has just launched two brand new developments; Bell’s Grange a select development of just 18 high specification properties in the historic market town of Bocking in Essex and Scholars’ Quarter; a highly contemporary development at the very heart of the City of Norwich.
2011 will see the launch of a further seven new sites, each carefully considered to cater for all market segments whilst ensuring that each individual property built by Hopkins Homes is finished to an exceptionally high standard; the quality of which is unsurpassable.
The 5% Deposit Paid scheme is Hopkins Homes way of trying to help first time buyers who may be struggling to get a deposit together whilst the Part Exchange incentive may very well appeal to purchasers who had previously thought a newly built property out of their range but can see this as a viable option that brings with it the added benefits of a 10 year NHBC warranty, low maintenance costs and a greater energy efficiency than many resale homes.
Both schemes make the exciting possibility of purchasing a stunning home, built by an award winning housebuilder, an achievable reality.
Currently developing throughout Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire the show homes will be open on Friday 31st December between 10am – 5pm, New Year’s Day between 11am – 4pm and on Sunday 2nd January 2011 between 10am – 5pm.
