SIGNS THE PROPERTY MARKET MIGHT BE IMPROVING
Hopkins Homes, East Anglia’s award-winning developer is continuing to build upon its exceptional first quarter performance where the company achieved double the number of sales agreed in the first three months of the year compared to the total sales agreed across the previous three quarters making a great start to 2009.
The company is now in its new financial year which started 01st May 2009 and reports that 60% of its annual sales target have already been achieved to date. This is the company’s best achievement since the start in 1992 and with recent market reports issued by Halifax saying average UK house prices increased by 2.6% and Nationwide reporting an increase of 1.2%, are these signs that the property market is improving?
James Hopkins, Executive Chairman, Hopkins Homes comments: “We are positively encouraged by the strength of sales we are seeing across all our developments throughout the East of England and remain committed to our core principles of building exceptional homes which people aspire to own”.
