Award winning Hopkins Homes is currently creating new communities in a number of towns and villages across the region and has recently acheived success by winning prestigious national awards at both the Sunday Times British Homes Awards and the Housebuilder Awards.
This new Essex development features a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes, including apartments, coach houses, traditional family homes and contemporary townhouses. There was a significant number of visitors on the day including first time buyers and those looking at investment opportunities.
Lee Barnard, Hopkins Homes sales & marketing director said: "We had a very busy launch with lots of interest, There is a lot of enthusiasm for these new homes, we have already sold five and we have a lot more firm interest to follow up".
"Our development is very unique, in a lovely wooded setting and the only one this side of the A12."
