The Judges commented that St Giles View, Risby shown “real attention to detail in the landscaping, architecture and the individual layouts. Of the 19 dwellings, there are in fact 12 different types and this is an illustration of the effort the developer and designer have put in.” The Judges also commented as to why Hopkins Homes were chosen for the Bronze Award for Best Medium Housebuilder “The firm has always at least maintained standards year on year, usually setting new ones in its geographical stronghold and now, in property terms, very much part of the East Anglia fabric. The firm can do both brownfield regeneration and rural distinction, always making best use of location, stylish use of internal space and staying true to the local vernacular.
