Experienced New Homes Sales Consultants - Closing date 31st March 2017

Required for developments across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex & Cambridgeshire, the successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a record of achievement in new homes sales, be highly motivated and a knowledge of COINS software would be an advantage.

Assistant Sales Consultants - Closing date 31st March 2017

In addition to above we are also looking to recruit Sales Assistants to support our team and provide holiday and absence cover where required. Previous sales experience in a competitive environment is desirable for someone looking to move into the New Homes industry.

Both roles require good communication and IT skills, a full driving licence and own transport.

Groundwork Estimator

Based at our Head Office in Melton, the successful candidate will work within the commercial department. The role is varied and duties will include assisting with land bids, cost and design analysis and value engineering. Candidates must possess good communication skills and be able to manage workloads efficiently whilst being an integral part of the commercial team.

Quantity Surveyor

Based at our Head Office in Melton, the successful candidate must have experience in pre-construction and contract negotiation, sub-contract & consultant procurement, contract administration, cost control and reporting. Good communication skills and an ability to manage workloads efficiently whilst being an integral part of the surveying team are essential.

Candidates should ideally have property developer or main contractor experience on residential schemes.

Materials Buyer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Materials Buyer to join our skilled procurement team based at Melton Park. The successful candidate will ideally have relevant property developer experience and a proven track record of being able to negotiate and broker competitive prices with suppliers, control costs and be able to work autonomously with efficient time management. Excellent communications skills and good computer literacy, including Word and Excel together with a full clean driving licence are essential. Knowledge of the COINS operating system would be an advantage.

Surveying Admin Assistant

Based at our Head Office in Melton, the role requires significant data entry onto the COINS accounting software and subsequent running of reports alongside liaising with external subcontractors and handling internal queries relating to orders and order balances. Other general office duties as required to support members of the surveying/commercial team will also be key as are good communication skills and an ability to manage workloads efficiently.

Strategic Land Project Manager - Closing date: 31st March 2017

Responsible for the management and delivery of major strategic land and property developments within the company's portfolio. Candidates will preferably have attained some background in residential development with a knowledge of planning, technical and financial matters.

The role will require the co-ordination and management of many disciplines both internally and externally to deliver either sites for the Company to develop or serviced land parcels for sale.

Senior Land Estimator

Based at our Head Office in Melton, the successful candidate will work within the Land Department to assist in the purchase and delivery of development opportunities throughout East Anglia

The team is looking for the candidate to have experience working within a main contractor or property developer team with experience of being an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor. The land team are looking for the role to cover all aspects of considering development opportunities from the initial take offs through to considering solutions for technical strategies to make sure maximum value is being delivered. The role is varied and duties will include: -

·         Completing take offs for residential schemes varying from 15 to 1,000 units

·         Analysis of technical strategies to assist in assessing land bids

·         Working up appraisals with land team to inform the strategy for acquisition of land

·         Liaising with colleagues in Commercial, Technical and Surveying teams to consider alternative solutions to maximise value

·         Working with land team to put costings together for financial appraisals

The successful applicant must have experience within the residential market and ideally had experience within a residential development business or main contractor working on the delivery of Development Opportunities. Experience within a groundworks company would also be considered for the role. Candidates must possess good communication skills and be able to manage workloads efficiently whilst being an integral part of the land team. Position offers an attractive salary and, upon completion of probationary period, a company car and optional pension and private healthcare scheme.

Experienced Maintenance Operative

The ideal candidate will be a qualified carpenter with good general maintenance, painting and decorating skills. The role entails travelling to customers' homes throughout East Anglia and a pleasant and positive attitude is essential, as is a full clean driving licence.
