Development Opportunities Required

To meet the demand for our award winning homes, Hopkins Homes, are constantly seeking further residential and mixed use brown and greenfield opportunities, either with short, medium or long term potential.

Whilst having an enviable reputation for outstanding brownfield redevelopments throughout the eastern counties, Hopkins Homes also carry out a large number of greenfield developments.

We will purchase land for cash with or without planning permission or consider developing in partnership with the landowner. Whether the difficulty is planning, site assembly, existing uses or contamination, we have the capability to solve it.

Our experienced land and planning team use their specialist skills and expertise to promote and obtain planning permission at the earliest opportunity. In addition Hopkins Homes ability to negotiate changes of use means we can often make land work where others cannot.

Our Strategic Land department also identifies and promotes land that could be suitable for development and brings these sites through the planning system, thereby enhancing their land value.

If you own or are able to introduce development opportunities to us then why not complete our Land Enquiry Form or alternatively contact one of the Land Team directly.

All introductions are dealt with in strict confidence and an effective agent's introduction will always be recognised.

In summary, our main criteria for land opportunities are: -

  • Located primarily in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire, adjoining counties would be considered.
  • Brown or greenfield sites from 4 units, with no maximum, for starter houses or apartments through to high value quality detached residences.
  • Strategic land that Hopkins Homes can promote through the Local Planning process, a minimum of 4 acres with no maximum.
  • Residential or mixed use sites, new build or conversions.
