What Buying Scheme is Right for You?

At Hopkins Homes, we want to make the buying process as easy and straightforward as possible. One of the ways we do this is by offering a selection of home buying schemes for our customers.

Available Buying Schemes

Part Exchange

If you want to make it easier to sell your existing home (and really, who doesn’t?), you can sell it to Hopkins Homes under our part exchange scheme.

It’s simple: we become your buyer. In one move, this gives you a guaranteed sale, removes you from a chain and avoids additional agents’ fees. You’ll also be able to stay in your current house until your new Hopkins Homes property is ready, helping to make the whole buying process easier.

Move Easy

When you’re buying a Hopkins Homes new build, you don’t have to use a separate agent – we can market and sell your existing home for you.

Under our MoveEasy scheme, we’ll take on the selling process on your behalf. Our expert team will market your current property and liaise directly with the estate agents. We’ll also pay the agent fees on properties up to a value of £750,000 and again, you can stay in your current home until your new house is ready.

Part Exchange Plus

Our Part Exchange Plus scheme takes elements of these first two options to create a flexible approach to selling.

For the first four weeks, your current home will be for sale on the open market, backed up by our expert marketing support. If you don’t sell your home after this period, we’ll buy it from you at a pre-arranged price. There’s no additional agents’ fee, and you can stay comfortably in your old home until your Hopkins home is ready.

Deposit Unlock

With living costs so high, it’s hard to save up for a deposit. At Hopkins Homes, we believe that this shouldn’t be a barrier to home ownership.

Our Deposit Unlock plan allows you to buy your property with a 5% deposit. Even better, this doesn’t only apply to first time buyers but to existing homeowners too.

Own New Rate Reducer

This is a reduced mortgage rate buying scheme, which reduces your monthly mortgage payments for a set period.

It’s a simple way to have an affordable mortgage on a new build home, available to both first time buyers and existing homeowners. You’ll need to pay a 10% deposit, and then you can benefit from reduced initial payments.
