We can help you market your home for the first four weeks, and should you not find a buyer in that time, Hopkins Homes will purchase your existing property at the pre-agreed price.

Confirm your financial status with an Independent Financial Adviser
Arrange an appointment
Meet with your Sales Consultant to complete the initial paperwork and pay a fee of £1,000.
This places your chosen plot on hold and fixes the price for you.
Home valuation
We will arrange for a minimum of three estate agents to value your home and take photographs for their report. We will review these valuations and make you TWO offers*:
1). a marketing price for your existing property, based on the initial four-week marketing period
2). a price to purchase your home, should a buyer not be found within the initial marketing period.
*Offers subject to contract and necessary surveys.
Reservation
If you are happy to accept BOTH offers, your Sales Consultant will invite you to complete the reservation appointment for your new home and your £1,000 fee will now become the reservation fee for your new home.
Marketing your home
We will begin marketing your home with up to three estate agents for a period of no more than four weeks. Should an offer be accepted during this period, the sale will progress via our MoveEasy scheme.
If no buyer is found at the end of the four-week marketing period, Hopkins Homes will become your guaranteed buyer and the sale will progress via our Part Exchange scheme.
Our offer will mainly be based on the valuations from up to three local estate agents and the information they provide us with on your property such as size, condition, location, and any comparable properties that are currently on the market or have recently sold in the area. Hopkins Homes reserve the right not to make an offer on Part Exchange should we deem the property unsuitable.
We also offer a MoveEasy scheme that is also a great way to sell your home and save time, money and stress and we will still pay your estate agent fees! Please see further details here.
Should we decide to make you an offer on your home your sales consultant will send you an official offer letter and this offer will be valid for 48 hours from this letter being issued. After this time, your chosen plot will no longer be on hold.
With the Part Exchange Scheme Hopkins Homes would be your guaranteed buyer so you could reserve your new home and Hopkins Homes will then sell your property.
However, with Part Exchange Plus we would assist you with putting your home on the open market for a period of up to four weeks and should we find you a buyer in this time then great! You are now in a proceedable position, and we would begin to progress your sale simultaneously with the purchase of your new Hopkins Home. Should this happen Hopkins Homes will still pay the Estate agents fees.
Should we not find a buyer for your home in this time then your reservation will resume as a standard Part Exchange with Hopkins Homes as your guaranteed buyer.
