Recommend a Friend - Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Hopkins Homes ‘Recommend a Friend’ promotion:

£500 will be paid to both the recommender and the recommended purchaser detailed on the ‘Recommend a Friend’ card within 28 days of legal completion of the plot.

This offer is only valid if the recommended purchaser is not previously known to Hopkins Homes. However, the recommender must have previously bought a new home by Hopkins Homes. This will be decided by whether they have previously been registered on the Hopkins Homes database.

The date on the card must be the date presented to Hopkins Homes upon reservation.

This offer is not redeemable post reservation or reservations which have already taken place.  It is not available to Hopkins Homes’ employees.

The promotion closes on 31 June 2023.
